Tis the season of the barbecues, picnics and family fun.  Summer is a time when large amounts of meat will be consumed.  As consumers more people are concerned about food safety. More consumers are seeking certified organic meats.  Consumers want their meat to be free of synthetic hormones, pesticide and antibiotics.  Organic meat is meat from which animals have humane treatment and plenty of room to roam in the sunshine, fresh air and graze on the fields like nature intended.  It is important that meat that is wholesome and nutritious for your families.   It does not matter if the meat is beef, pork, chicken or lamb, certified organic is the way to go for our meat choice.

I enjoy buying my coffee from starbucks because they sell an organic whole bean in a one pound bag. Today I wanted decaf so I looked on the starbucks website but couldn’t find an organic decaf. After milling around on the net it occured to me my best bet would be at a whole foods market. It was a little bit of a drive but when I got there I was so excited. The whole foods market had a large selection of freshly roasted organic decaf beans available by the scoop. I just scooped up what I thought I would use this week and was on my way. They even have the date it was roasted! Now I have a small bag of coffee beans that where roasted today and I’m about to enjoy a cup of organic decaf coffee. :lol:
